Hi, I'm Kellen

My entrepreneurial journey started at 8 years old with a bucket, a hose, and a driveway car wash. Fast forward, and I've now spent over a decade helping build brands that launched successfully on Kickstarter, landed in Target, Walmart, Fanatics, Costco, and were featured on Shark Tank.

I led teams to success when resources were tight, systems were breaking, and everyone had too much on their plates. The relentless pace of growth pushed my capabilities and leadership skills to the edge, without much space or support to grow alongside the business. Eventually, I realized there was a better way to build.

1. The Culture Snapshot: Listen and Align
We begin by deeply understanding your business, your team, and you as a leader. Through a combination of one-on-one listening sessions and an anonymous team survey, we identify the culture you have today—its strengths, weaknesses, and key friction points.
2. Goal Setting and Strategic Planning
Based on our snapshot, we'll collaboratively define what you want your culture to look like. We’ll craft clear culture goals that are rooted in your daily operations and simultaneously identify your personal leadership goals. Then, we'll build a detailed plan for how to achieve them.
3. Implementation and Rollout
This is where the real work begins. Together, we will begin implementing the culture plan, and I will be there to coach you through the organizational changes.
4. Ongoing Support and Accountability
We'll meet regularly to discuss how things are going, track your progress against your goals, and adjust the plan as needed. My role is to provide you with ongoing support, live help for tough conversations, and the accountability needed to ensure you continue to grow as a leader and achieve your goals.

I've spent my career building brands from the ground up, leading across product, operations, sales, and ecommerce.
